Free Lowe's Gift Cards

If you’re like me, a trip to Lowe’s is a regular part of your routine. Lowe’s carries many things I need for my home, whether it’s a tool, appliance, paint, lightbulbs, or something for the yard.

While shopping at home improvement stores can be fun, it’s even better when you can get something for free. In this article, we’ll look at the best and most practical ways to get free Lowe’s gift cards, so you can save money on the things you need (or want).

How to Get Free Lowe’s Gift Cards

If you love shopping at Lowe’s or lowes.com, you’ll appreciate these ways to get free gift cards and gift card codes. We’ll cover the options in detail below, but if you’re in a hurry, here are our top recommendations:

1. Swagbucks

If you want to earn free gift cards, you’ll love Swagbucks. After you create a free account, you can earn points called Swagbucks (or SB for short) by completing various small tasks. You can take online surveys, play games, watch videos, download apps, shop online, use the Swagbucks search engine, or complete special offers.

Swagbucks is my top recommendation because there are many different ways to earn SB, and some special offers allow you to rack up the rewards quickly.

After you’ve earned points, you can redeem them for your choice of rewards. They offer cash via PayPal and many gift card options like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and many others. Of course, a Lowe’s gift card is one of the options.

One of the biggest perks of Swagbucks is that you can redeem your SB for gift cards as small as $3. That means you won’t need to wait long to cash out.

Additionally, some of the gift cards are available at discounted rates. Typically, 100 SB equals $1 in value, but some gift cards give you a better conversion rate. For example, you might be able to get a $25 gift card for 2,200 SB, which is a 12% discount.

2. MyPoints

MyPoints is a get-paid-to (GPT) site similar to Swagbucks in several ways. Like Swagbucks, MyPoints gives you several different ways to earn points. You can shop online and earn cash back, take surveys, play games, and more.

The cash back program at MyPoints is probably the best of any GPT site. In addition to getting points for your online shopping, you can also use the Magic Receipts feature to earn points on your in-store purchases. For example, you can earn points for your grocery shopping, which is a pretty significant perk.

You’ll earn points for each task you complete, and you can use your points for gift cards or a prepaid Mastercard.

Although Swagbucks and MyPoints are somewhat similar, it’s worth using both sites. You’ll find different offers and ways to earn points at each, so you can maximize your opportunities by using both.

3. Branded Surveys

Branded Surveys

Branded Surveys is one of the best sites/apps focusing specifically on surveys. You won’t find as many different ways to earn points as you will at Swagbucks or MyPoints, but Branded Surveys is an excellent option if you’re interested in taking surveys.

Because they focus exclusively on surveys, Branded Surveys has one of the best selections of surveys. They always have surveys available, so you’re unlikely to run out of opportunities.

You’ll earn points for each survey you complete, and Branded Surveys uses a simple point value system where 100 points equal $1. Additionally, you can cash out with as little as 500 points for a $5 gift card.

They offer an excellent selection of gift cards. In addition to Lowes, you can select GameStop gift cards, eBay gift cards, and more.

4. Tellwut

Tellwut is another site that focuses specifically on surveys. Although they don’t offer a lot of different ways to earn money, Tellwut usually has a strong selection of surveys.

If you want to earn as many rewards as possible from surveys, you should sign up for a few different survey sites. By having accounts at a few sites, you can pick and choose the surveys that offer the most points for the least amount of time. The more surveys are available to you, the more selective you can be.

In addition to a Lowe’s gift card, you can choose a Home Depot gift card, DoorDash gift card, or many others. The smallest gift cards available are $10.

5. Ibotta

Ibotta is a top-rated cash back app. They partner with thousands of retailers, restaurants, and online shops to off cash back on many of the purchases you already make. My favorite way to use Ibotta is grocery shopping, but you can save money on many other purchases as well.

The only downside of using Ibotta is that it does take a little bit of effort if you want to get the best results. Before you go shopping, you can browse the offers available at any store. Just claim the ones you want, then make the purchase, and scan your receipt with the app to earn cash back.

Some stores allow Ibotta to connect to their store loyalty rewards program.  In these cases, you don’t need to scan your receipts because Ibotta can view your purchases. The cashback will be added to your account shortly after your shopping trip.

You’ll need at least $20 in your Ibotta account before redeeming. While this is higher than the redemption minimums of some other sites/apps, you can earn rewards pretty quickly with Ibotta, so it shouldn’t take very long to reach $20. You can choose to be paid in cash or from a huge selection of gift cards.

6. OneOpinion

OneOpinions is similar to Branded Surveys or Tellwut because you can create a free account and earn rewards by taking surveys. They don’t offer many different ways to earn points, but OneOpinion is an excellent option for taking surveys.

You can choose a Lowe’s gift card, Starbucks gift card, Subway gift card, or several others. But possibly the biggest downside is that the minimum cashout is $25, so you may need to wait longer to get access to your rewards.

7. LifePoints

LifePoints is another survey site worth using if you want access to as many surveys as possible. They have a good selection available at all times.

When you create your account, you’ll answer a few basic questions about yourself that help LifePoints match you up with the most appropriate surveys. When you browse the available surveys, you’ll see the amount of time you’ll need to complete the survey and the number of points you’ll earn for completing it.

The minimum cashout value is only $5, so you won’t need to wait long for your rewards. And LifePoints offers an excellent selection of gift cards plus PayPal money.

8. Ipsos i-Say

Ipsos i-Say

Ipsos is an established market research company with several decades of experience in the industry. In addition to traditional surveys, you can also participate in online communities or discussion boards.

You can choose from a selection of gift cards, a Visa gift card, or PayPal cash. The smallest gift cards available are just $5.

Ipsos iSay has a solid reputation in the industry. It’s worth trying if you want to take as many surveys as possible.

9. PrizeRebel

PrizeRebel is a GPT site that’s somewhat similar to Swagbucks. The biggest difference between the two is that Swagbucks offers many more opportunities. PrizeRebel is a great site, but they typically don’t have as many offers. Still, PrizeRebel has plenty to offer.

You can earn points by taking surveys or completing special offers. There’s an offer wall that lists all of the available offers for you to choose from. They also have daily challenges. You can earn extra points by claiming the daily challenge for five days in a row.

They have a strong selection of rewards, including Apple gift cards, Lowe’s gift cards, and Visa gift cards. The minimum redemption is just $5.

10. GrabPoints

GrabPoints allows you to earn points by taking surveys, watching videos, and completing special offers. They have a very good selection of surveys and offers available anytime, so it’s a site worth trying.

They have a large selection of gift cards. You’re sure to get something you like (including a Lowe’s gift card). Most gift cards are available for as little as $5, but some start at just $3.

11. instaGC

instaGC is another GPT site that gives you a few ways to earn points and rewards. You can take surveys, watch videos, search the internet, or shop online. Their users have redeemed well over 1 million gift cards, so this is a well-established company.

They offer one of the largest selections of gift cards (more than 300), and they’re delivered to you instantly. While some GPT sites ranked higher on our list, like Swagbucks and MyPoints, offer better earning potential, instaGC is worth trying.

12. Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards Program

Contractors and other businesses can earn significant rewards through the Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards Program. You’ll need to spend at least $2,500 per year at Lowe’s to qualify, and there are four tiers based on your level of spending.

As part of the program, you can earn Lowe’s gift cards based on your spending (up to 1.5%), get free drink and snack coupons, access special paint discounts, and other perks.

13. Lowe’s Credit Card

With a Lowe’s credit card, you can save 5% off almost every purchase you make at Lowe’s, in-store or online. While it’s technically not a gift card, saving 5% on every purchase is a pretty great deal.

Credit cards are available for businesses and consumers.

Final Thoughts on Ways to Get a Free Lowe’s Gift Card

As you can see, there are several legit ways to get free Lowe’s gift cards. Whether you want to get some new tools, paint, plants for the garden, or anything else for your home, you’ll love earning these rewards in your spare time. I recommend starting with the sites/apps at the top of the list and working your way down.
